Common Sense Magazine is an online magazine that is dedicated to providing rational and interesting analysis and commentary about current events in the news, politics, sports, business, and society from a Republitarian (Conservative and Libertarian) perspective. There will also be entertainment in the form of podcasts (audio and video) along with short stories and comedic articles.

Nick is a college student at the University of California Santa Barbara who studies Business Economics. He is the host of Rational Rants, and a main contributor to Common Sense Magazine and writes in a logical fashion in a Republitarian point of view. Outside of the media Nick also likes to play golf, fence, travel, and bodyboard. |

Brian Peotter is currently a student at Cal Polytechnic Institute: San Luis Obispo who studies aerospace engineering. An avid Republican, Brian writes conservative pieces that stress the importance of small government and fiscal responsibilty.
